Week 29: Sun, wind, rain, hail and optical heart rate
This week was lighter to recover from last week’s “super run”. A pretty unique long run Sunday experiencing all seasons in one run.

This week was all about the Sunday SUPER run. Sharon and I had a 3 hour 30 min time on the feet run and happy to report that other than being pretty tired afterwards it all went rather well.
Feeling like I’m back on track with my best training week in a while. The weekend consisted of a good run in the 5.2km leg of the Anglesea relays followed by a 30km long run.
A slightly lower volume week for some programmed recovery. Most of my mileage went into the Sunday long run which is the key run my training will be focused around.
