Return to Running – Week 12: Back to the You Yangs
Hit a few milestones this week with my first 30 minute continuous run, progressed from 3 runs per week to 4, and back to the You Yangs for the first time in 6 months!
Hit a few milestones this week with my first 30 minute continuous run, progressed from 3 runs per week to 4, and back to the You Yangs for the first time in 6 months!
This week I headed to the Tan relays for the final round of XCR’18, while my running has been building towards the 30 minute mark.
Run/walk sessions are continuing to progress well, and starting to add more weight into the strength program. Also handled a big day with running and lot’s of walking well.
Consolidation of jogging from 5 mins last week, to 10 mins, 15 mins, and a 20 min continuous run on the weekend!
