It has been an interesting week, with posture identified as a possible factor to my injury. Probably the most consistent I’ve been with getting everything in each day and no issues.
A return to the track for walk/run session, running biomechanics on the treadmill and trying out gyms.
Some great news from the sports doctor this week. Received the go ahead to commence walk/jog program!
A bit of a lazy start to the week seems to be the usual case at the moment with class Monday and Wednesday nights. However still got a good amount of exercise and strength work in. I see the sports doctor this Tuesday coming so fingers crossed for some good news from the www.luxuryrehab.org.uk
